Order Processing
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email including all the details of your order. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll also receive an email with your tracking number allowing you to keep track of your order status.
EU & UK Shipping
We’re happy to offer full coverage of EU and UK, with deliveries taking in between 3-7 working days after the order has been dispatched. A shipping fee of $9.99 applies to orders under $100..
International Shipping
We also offer international delivery to USA, Australia, Canada and beyond. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery after the order has been dispatched. In case of any tax or VAT on international shipments, it belongs to the buyer. There is also no refund for packages not received. A shipping fee of $15.99 applies to orders under $100.
Order Cancellation
If you contact us up to 1 hour after placing your order, there will be no problem if you want to cancel your order if it has not been delivered to the carrier. Since the products are handmade, there is a deduction of $10 per product in case of cancellation after 1 hour without delivery to the carrier. Wholesale orders are not cancelled and refunded after 1 day.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after they leave our store. For any issues, please contact the respective carrier directly.
If you enter the wrong address in the system, if the product is returned to us again, the shipping fee will be deducted from you and the remaining part will be refunded to your account. All responsibility for wrong addresses belongs to you. We do not deliver to P.O. box addresses. So please pay attention to this in your order.
