Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
- Melted Chocolates: If your chocolates arrive melted, we’ll gladly send a replacement. Please note that refunds are not offered in this case.
- Incorrect Shipping Details: We cannot offer refunds for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
- Wholesale Orders: Wholesale purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
- Damaged Items: We will only consider exchanges for damaged products if video evidence of the breakage is provided. To ensure eligibility, please record a video while opening your package.
